We are only able to ship to the UK at present. However, we are working to find a cost effective way to ship our perfumes internationally. Please email Imogen@kingdomscotland.com if you have a shipping query.
We would love to be able to ship to more countries around the world, but fragrance is deemed 'a hazardous, dangerous good' and sadly this makes it complicated and difficult to export.
UK Deliveries

3–7 working days (Please note that working days do not include Saturday or Sunday). During busy periods (e.g Christmas) this may slightly longer.
We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can.
All full-size 50ml bottle orders are posted using Royal Mail tracked delivery so a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.
Only four perfumed alcohol containers can be sent in one parcel. If you are purchasing samples alongside full-size bottles please be aware that one sample is considered as one perfumed alcohol container.
For larger orders, please contact us to arrange a bespoke shipping price.
We will do our upmost to deliver your goods promptly, during busy periods or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If re-delivery to the correct address is required, you will incur additional postal charges.
Sample only orders are sent by 2nd class post. These orders will not require a signature.
RETURNS POLICY
We encourage you to use our sample service to avoid purchasing a full size bottle of a perfume you may not like. The sample service offers the freedom to try before you buy. We recommend that you kindly use this service. Refunds will not be made if you dislike a perfume.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you receive faulty goods we will replace the goods for you as appropriate. The item should be returned to us complete with all the packaging and a brief note explaining the fault. Faulty goods should be returned to us using recorded delivery for your security and assurance. We will replace the goods and refund the cost of your postage. Please note that we will only replace the faulty item when we are in receipt of the faulty goods.

Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.
KINGDOM Scotland accept no liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party.
As soon as you are in receipt of the goods you will assume all risk associated with the goods.
Delivery Charges
Full size bottles of perfume are posted in the UK using the Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Individual samples are posted in the UK using Royal Mail 2nd class postage (with a maximum of 4 per parcel).
Returns Policy
This returns and refunds policy does not affect your legal statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Sal of Goods Act or any other relevant legislation.
Faulty items returned must be unused and in their original condition (unopened with packaging still intact.) Items must be returned within 14 working days from the day after the date on which you received the goods.
If you received the goods we will replace the item(s) as appropriate. The item(s) must be returned to us complete with all the packaging and a brief note explaining the fault. For your security and assurance, we advise sending such item(s) by recorded delivery, the cost of which will be refunded to you. We will only refund your postage cost if the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong thing. Please note that no replacement can be given until we are in receipt of the faulty goods.

We cannot make refunds if you do not like a perfume. Please use our sample service so you can try before you buy.
IMPORTANT
The Royal Mail have new labelling rules when posting perfume. These must be followed when posting perfume within the UK. All returns must have the correct labelling on the outer box to be fully compliant with these rules. The outer parcel must display that perfume is contained. All Royal Mail UK post offices provide labels for perfumes and the tick box must be completed. Failure to do so may result in your return being confiscated whereupon we will accept no responsibility for your loss.
Accessing the Site
KINGDOM Scotland reserves the right to edit and alter any of the content on our website at any time. Access to the website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, alterations or maintenance to the website.
