Kingdom Scotland is only available to purchase directly on our website, we do not have our own store locations. Each luxury perfume has been expertly crafted, using only the finest sustainable, ethical and vegan ingredients. We are committed to the journey of a sustainable fragrance house. We have moved to a wooden cap and minimize the use of plastics by not using plastic wrappings or plastic inserts in our packaging or point of sale materials. The Kingdom Scotland Discovery Set allows you to try our beautiful scents from the comfort of your own home. Our Kingdom Scotland sample set currently includes 4 x 2ml vials of the Portal, Albaura, Metamorphic and Kingdom Botanica scents.

Our perfumes are created as Eau de Parfum and we use the finest natural ingredients.

The Kingdom Scotland scents are complex and long lasting, and they reveal with time. Scents will last longer on moisturised skin, we recommend using a non-scented moisturiser before application to make them last even longer on your skin. Our deeper woody Metamorphic perfume has an incredible long lasting scent reveal due to the complex mix of woody notes that last longer on skin due to their heavier molecular weight.

Our clients tend to reorder their 50ml fragrances that are worn daily every three to six months, depending on how frequently it is worn and how much is used on each application.

Each Kingdom Scotland Eau de Parfum is developed with a high
concentration of complex fragrance notes, which allow the scent to slowly reveal
over time – our fragrances are longwearing due to the nature of their design
and will last throughout the day or evening.

We are only able to ship to the UK at present. However, we are working to find a cost effective way to ship our perfumes internationally. We would love to be able to ship to more countries around the world, but fragrance is complex to export.

Kingdom Scotland are unable to mail out samples on request. We recommend that you try our fragrances via the Discovery Set, where you will receive a 2ml sample of each scent.

We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can. Please allow 3–7 working days for delivery (Please note that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). During busy periods this may be slightly longer. All full-size 50ml bottle and Travel Gift Set orders are posted using Royal Mail tracked delivery so a signature will be required upon receipt of goods. Only four perfumed alcohol containers can be sent in one parcel. If you are purchasing samples alongside full-size bottles please be aware that one sample is considered as one perfumed alcohol container. For larger orders, please contact us perfume@kingdomscotland.com to arrange a bespoke shipping price. We will do our upmost to deliver your goods promptly, during busy periods or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If re-delivery to the correct address is required, you will incur additional postal charges. Sample only orders are sent by complimentary Royal Mail 2nd class post. These orders will not require a signature. This returns and refunds policy does not affect your legal statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Sale of Goods Act or any other relevant legislation.

Faulty items returned must be unused and in their original condition (unopened with packaging still intact.) Items must be returned within 14 working days from the day after the date on which you received the goods.

If you received the goods we will replace the item(s) as appropriate. The item(s) must be returned to us complete with all the packaging and a brief note explaining the fault. For your security and assurance, we advise sending such item(s) by recorded delivery, the cost of which will be refunded to you. We will only refund your postage cost if the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong thing. Please note that no replacement can be given until we are in receipt of the faulty goods.

We cannot make refunds if you do not like a perfume. Please use our sample service so you can try before you buy.

We recommend you store your perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The ideal spot is a
drawer, a cabinet, or even the original box. We find that an Edinburgh Press is the ideal perfume wardrobe.
