UK DELIVERIES

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £100. 

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked Signed For. Please allow 2–3 working days, though during busy periods like Christmas it may take a little longer.

Full-size 50ml bottles require a signature on delivery. Please note that only four perfumed alcohol containers can be sent per parcel — samples count as one container each. For larger orders, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Sample-only orders are sent by 2nd class post and don't require a signature.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — redelivery to a corrected address will incur an additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the UK. Fragrance is classified as a hazardous good, which makes international export complicated — but we're working on it.

In the meantime, both harrods.com and lessenteurs.com stock our perfumes and offer international shipping.
