Refund policy

We want you to love your Kingdom Scotland fragrance.

Each bottle is crafted with care, and we hope it brings you the story, spirit, and
beauty of Scotland. If, however, your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your
  order for a full refund.
• To arrange a return, please contact us at perfume@kingdomscotland.com
  with your order number.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method once we have received
  and inspected the returned product.

Exchanges

• At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item,
  please return your original purchase (unopened and unused) for a refund and
  place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your fragrance arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know immediately at perfume@kingdomscotland.com. We may request photographs to help us
  resolve the issue quickly.
• You will be offered a replacement or full refund.

 

Important Notes

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used
  fragrances unless they are faulty.
• Please ensure products are carefully packaged when returned, as we cannot
  refund items damaged in transit back to us.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  or incorrect.
